Exciting new Baytree Property design apartment build in Chester – Our first collaborative project

Baytree Property are thrilled to announce a new collaboration with Chester based SBS Design to help us design a 3 story, 12-apartment build consisting of 1 – 2 bedrooms. With over twenty-three years of experience, SBS Design provide the highest quality architectural designs and planning for projects as diverse as conservation, residential renovations, and new builds.

Baytree Property founder and director, Mark Evans, owns the land and identified an opportunity to create affordable housing in this desirable area of Chester. The plans are for the new build to sit in the middle of the site, where Taylor Wimpy and RedRow are already erecting 1-single family dwellings on the current site. The Baytree Property new build has plans for plenty of parking spaces for each bedroom in every flat, so families or households with more than one car will be well served

The highly desirable and centrally located piece of land is positioned in Marlston Heyes, directly opposite Kings School, and is walking distance to Chester business park. With fast connections to Chester central and North Wales, this new development offers excellent travel infrastructure and a fantastic range of local amenities including great local schools – and nearby Chester’s famous cathedral and market.
