If you’ve been following our tweets recently, you’ll have known Baytree Property acquired a new Rent to Serviced Accommodation property.
Adding to our growing portfolio, this three-bed home in Handbridge is a work in progress. When we first acquired it, the property was very plan. Dark wood on the skirting boards and flooring, magnolia walls and a blue tiled kitchen. We wanted to create a place where guests feel at home with an added touch of plush.
Baytree Property have worked with local builders and decorators to create the place of our own image and we’re incredibly excited to get it up and running.
With events like the Chester Marathon, Chester Races and even the Eurovision Song Contest being held in Liverpool in 2023 this new property will be a great base for family, friends and even couples who want to enjoy what Chester and the surrounding areas have to off
Our new property in Handbridge had been a family home for years and when we rented it, we wanted to keep the family feel going but modernise it. The original owner grew up in the property with her family and loved it, she has so many memories within it and was happy that we wanted to give it a new lease of life so that other families, couples and friends could enjoy the house and the surrounding areas as much as she did.
