Setting up my HMO

How it started

 

Starting out as landlords and slowly transitioned into HMO and Holiday let landlords, Baytree Property was started because we couldn't find a HMO property management company we were happy with. We wanted HMO lettings specialists who understood that HMOs are high maintenance operations. We wanted to find a company who were honest, hardworking, kept tenants happy, had the rooms fully let, kept the properties well maintained and kept landlords and investors happy.
